Burapha University Library delivered a lecture on the topic “Voice of Customers and Creating Engagement Activities for Library Users” to 32 third-year undergraduate students from the Department of Information Science, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The session included a workshop on creating user engagement through the Valentine’s Day festival, held on February 13, 2025 at Meeting Room 201 on the 2^nd Floor of the library.
