Burapha University Library held the project “Secret Recipe of Kanom Kalo Jee: Preserving and Revitalizing a Local Dessert Fading from Chonburi’s Memories.” The workshop was conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Srihathai Wells, a lecturer from the Department of Information Science, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University, on July 24, 2025, at Cafe@Library in front of the library.
