Stir-Fried Pork with Salted Mackerel
BUU Library produced an instructional video as part of a short course titled “Cultural Heritage of the Eastern Region: From Local Ingredients to Traditional Dishes.” The video demonstrates how to prepare the dish “Stir-Fried Pork with Salted Mackerel.” On this occasion, Ajarn Srihathai and Chef Pa-Add were honored as guest speakers, sharing their knowledge, recipes, and detailed cooking techniques. The aim is to enable interested individuals to easily recreate this dish at home.
