Training Project on Building Core Competencies and Developing Staff Digital Skills for Effective Work Performance

Mr. Hemmarat Wachirahatthapong, Director of Burapha University Library, presided over the opening of the training project on building core competencies and developing staff digital skills for effective work performance. The training also focused on enhancing staff knowledge and understanding of behavioral (competency) assessment in accordance with the 2026 Work Manual. The training was held on August 27, 2026, at Cyber Zone I, Burapha University Library, and online.
