Mr. Hemmarat Wachirahatthapong, Director of Burapha University Library, as the representative of the President of Burapha University, participated in signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Academic Cooperation between the members of the Provincial University Library Network (PULINET), consisting of 20 member universities, and eight higher education institutions, namely Kasetsart University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, Thammasat University, Mahidol University, Ramkhamhaeng University, Srinakharinwirot University, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and the National Institute of Development Administration. Chulalongkorn University participated as a witness to the ceremony. The cooperation aims to enhance academic cooperation, information resource management, and resource sharing, which will maximize benefits and ensure cost-effectiveness in the use of the country’s budget. The event was held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University.
