BUU Library organized the “Work Process Review for Impressive Services” Project to enhance staff members’ knowledge and understanding of work process review. The project aimed to equip library personnel with the skills to analyze and review their work processes and apply the knowledge gained to improve the effectiveness and quality of the responsibilities under their care, ultimately enhancing service excellence and creating a positive experience for library users. The project was held on 29 June 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the meeting room 201 on the 2nd floor of the Library.
