BUU Library organized the “We Are Library” Project to strengthen positive relationships and foster unity among staff at all levels. The project aimed to boost staff morale, encourage a strong sense of belonging to the organization, and create a positive and enjoyable working environment. These are key factors in enhancing the quality of library services and improving organizational management. The project also supports the University’s strategic goal of developing an excellent human resource management system that promotes both organizational excellence and employee well-being. The project was held on 29 June 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the meeting room 201 on the 2nd floor of the library.
