Burapha University Library held the project, “K*Ling Traditional Dessert: From a Century-Old Legend to the Wisdom and Heritage of Chanthaburi.” The event was honored by the participation of Asst. Prof. Dr. Srihathai Wells, along with lecturers and students from the Department of Information Studies, who served as speakers and demonstrators, sharing knowledge about “K*Ling”, an ancient traditional dessert that is unique to Chanthaburi Province and has a history spanning more than a century. Participants had the opportunity to learn about and practice making the dessert themselves through every step of the process, as well as taste the desserts they had prepared. The project aimed to promote the preservation and promotion of arts and culture, as well as the conservation and dissemination of the value of local wisdom. The event was held on July 23, 2026, in front of Café @ Library on the 1st Floor of Burapha University Library.
