Burapha University Library organized the workshop on the use of internal information systems, including the Helpdesk System for maintenance requests and IT service support, and the Vehicle Request System for managing the unit’s transportation resources. The workshop was held on 28 November 2025 at Cyber Zone I on the 6th floor of the library. The program aimed to enhance staff knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in using the systems correctly, thereby improving the efficiency of internal resource management.
