Burapha University Library held the “Library Meets Friends” project at the Department of Information Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The project aimed to introduce the library’s services to new students and to serve as guest speakers on the topic of “Green Library” as part of the “IS Get Green: Caring New Students, Caring for the Environment” project for first-year students in Information Studies. The activity focused on enhancing students’ knowledge and understanding of the concepts of a Green University and a Green Library through a variety of engaging activities, including a quiz with prizes, interactive participation activities, and waste management awareness campaigns. The event was held on July 2, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. at HUSO-100, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University.
