Local Dishes: Roasted Coconut with Pounded Peanuts, Moo Cha Muang, and Tom Mong Curry
BUU Library, in collaboration with the Department of Information Studies, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sreehathai Wells and local chefs from the Ban Bueng community, recorded video content featuring traditional dishes: Roasted Coconut with Pounded Peanuts, Moo Cha Muang, and Tom Mong Curry. This activity was part of the Short Course project titled “Cultural Heritage of the Eastern Region: From Local Ingredients to Traditional Cuisine.” The recording took place on April 7, 2026, at Ban Bueng Community, Mueang District, Chonburi Province.
