Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken with Cardamom
BUU Library produced a short course, “Cultural Heritage of the Eastern Region: From Local Ingredients to Traditional Cuisine,” featuring the dish “Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken with Cardamom.” The session was led by expert cook Ms. Wanphen Pongpradit (savory chef from Wat Mai Ket Ngam, Ban Bueng, Chonburi) and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sreehathai Wells, who carefully crafted the dish to perfection. The filming took place on March 18, 2026.
