Burapha University Library held the “Joyful and Delightful in Preserving Songkran Festival” activity, led by Mr. Hemmarat Wachirahattapong, the  Director of BUU Library, together with library staff dressed in traditional Thai attire to perform the ceremonial bathing of the Buddha image and the pouring of scented water over the hands of respected elders. The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Paradee Mahakhan, representative of the Chonburi Retired Government Officials Club, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somtawin Charitkuan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who offered blessings to the library executives and staff for good fortune during the Songkran Festival. Following the ceremony, traditional Thai music was performed by members of the Chonburi Retired Government Officials Club as part of the project Promotion of Thai Arts and Culture: Lan Rommanee, held on April 23, 2025, at the ground-floor lobby of the University Library.
