The 6th WALAI AutoLib Users’ Group Seminar
Burapha University Library, represented by Mr. Hemmarat Wachirahatthaphong, the Director of the Library, participated in the 6th WALAI AutoLib Users’ Group Seminar under the theme “AI and Library Systems”. The seminar featured a keynote lecture on “AI Technology and the Information Science Profession” delivered by Dr. Yutthana Charoenruen, along with a panel discussion on “AI Technology and Libraries: Opportunities or Threats” by Asst. Prof. Hemarat Wachirahatthaphong, Dr. Theeradech Manakun, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siwanat Nantaphichai.The event was held on August 28, 2024, at Bangsaen Heritage Hotel, Chonburi Province.
